Editing
A selection of published editing work
As a multiplatform editor, I worked at the news and entertainment copy desks for the Los Angeles Times. Beats include foreign/national, California/local, opinion, environment, business, finance and features.
Print page production
For daily print deadlines, my responsibilities included copy editing the body of the story, writing headlines and decks, generating photo captions, coding for format, proofreading sections, and all other elements necessary to adhere to The Times' paper standards.

I worked on news and entertainment print deadlines with up to 10 assignments per shift.
